The 14th BRICS Trade Union Forum, scheduled for April 23-24, 2025 in Brazil, will be focused on the four topics:
- Strengthening trade union cooperation and inclusive global governance;
- Sustainable economic development and decent work;
- The impacts of digitalization and artificial intelligence on labor;
- Defending workers' rights in a multipolar world.
Along with the national reports, the Forum delegates from Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Iran are going to consider the text of the Declaration elaborated by the Brazilian colleagues and to review the on-going implementation of the previously adopted decisions. The further expansion of BRICS, the appearance of partner countries of this interstate association and other issues will be discussed.
