Under the instructions of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR), the www.tufbrics.org website administration is running this resource to ensure free flow of information on the activities of BRICS national trade union centres which have come together in BRICS Trade Union Forum. The list of participating federations is given in the corresponding section.

The site administration is free from any state, political or other influence, following solely the will of the sponsor. Both the website and all intellectual property rights, arising from the right of its ownership, belong to the FNPR.

Information materials posted on the website are intended for union activists in BRICS countries, specialists, experts, rank and file members, as well as any other users interested in what is happening in BRICS and in the decisions taken by the trade union centres of these countries.

Official documents related to BRICS Trade Union Forum (Declarations, Joint Communiqués, Statements, etc.) are thoroughly checked and fully correspond to hardcopy texts. When necessary, users may obtain PDF copies of the original official documents through Feedback service by sending a request to the website administration.

Published information materials reflect common position agreed upon by BRICS Trade Union Forum member federations except those posted in the Publications section that may contain materials for which no mutual approval among the trade union centres had been carried out.

In cases when information materials published in this section raise queries as to their objectivity or may inflict harm or other damage to trade union organisations, the users are requested to inform the site through the Feedback service. The site administration would certainly consider such an application and take an informed decision of which the applicant would be informed in due course.

External resources, the links to which are cited in the pages of this website, are the property of their owners and are subject to possible changes without prior notification. In case a user finds any inaccuracy or changes, which are not reflected on the pages of www.tufbrics.org, the site administration would appreciate receiving the updated information through the Feedback service.

On September 26-27, 2016 the 2nd BRICS Labour and Employment Ministers’ Meeting took place in New Delhi with a meeting of BRICS trade union representatives held on its sidelines.
